Product overview
The R&S®RTP is the high-end flagship high-performance oscilloscope, combining excellent signal integrity with a fast acquisition rate across bandwidths from 4 GHz to 16 GHz. A custom front-end ASIC and real-time processing hardware let it perform real-time deembedding and full-bandwidth digital triggering at an acquisition rate of 750,000 wfms/s. It is built for signal integrity work, jitter analysis and compliance testing on high-speed digital interfaces such as 5G, PCIe, USB, DDR and automotive radar.
