Product overview
The R&S®RTO6 is the high-end benchtop oscilloscope series from Rohde & Schwarz. Its proprietary ASIC processing architecture, 15.6" full HD touchscreen, digital trigger and deep memory together reach an acquisition rate of one million waveforms per second and support 16-bit HD mode. Six bandwidths from 600 MHz to 6 GHz are available, and the instrument is used widely for power integrity, jitter analysis, serial bus debugging and compliance testing.
