Product overview
The R&S®MXO 4 series is the next-generation flagship digital oscilloscope from Rohde & Schwarz. Its 12-bit ADC gives 16 times the resolution of a traditional 8-bit instrument, and its industry-leading update rate of 4.5 million waveforms per second catches rare, sporadic events. With 45,000 FFT/s, 400 Mpoints of standard deep memory and a 13.3" full HD capacitive touchscreen, it covers high-speed digital interface debugging, power electronics, EMC pre-compliance and RF/microwave signal analysis.
