Product overview
The R&S®SMB100B is a high-performance analog signal generator that packs outstanding spectral purity and high output power into a small footprint. The RF models (3/4 19 inch wide) cover frequencies up to 6 GHz, the microwave models (19 inch wide) reach 40 GHz, and the R&S®SZM frequency multipliers extend that to 170 GHz. An intuitive user interface, an SCPI macro recorder, closed-loop power control (CLPC) with R&S®NRP power sensors and user correction (UCOR) make it a natural fit for RF and microwave component test, radar system verification and 5G and satellite communications development.
