Overview
Single-ended active probes are used to accurately measure ground-referenced signals. The R&S®RT-ZS series handles both fast and low-frequency signals while loading the test point as little as possible: an input impedance of 1 MΩ and an input capacitance below 1 pF keep the waveform intact and the disturbance minimal. Rohde & Schwarz offers several models with bandwidths up to 6 GHz, covering everything from consumer electronics work to high-speed digital design verification.
