Overview
The R&S RT-ZHD series are active high voltage differential probes for engineers who have to measure accurately on floating circuits or against a large common mode voltage. The series reaches 6000 V differential and is rated CAT III 1000 V, which covers power electronics, industrial drives, electric vehicles and renewable energy work. Each probe carries the built-in R&S ProbeMeter high-precision DC voltmeter, measures both differential and common mode voltage, and calibrates itself against the oscilloscope through the Rohde & Schwarz probe interface. The amplifier box is compact, the inputs are 4 mm banana sockets, and signal leads are available in 1.5 m, 3.0 m and 4.5 m for reach on site.

- Signal leads available in 1.5 m, 3.0 m or 4.5 m for easier connection in the field (the RT-ZHD15 / RT-ZHD60 support the B30 / B45 leads)
- Solid mechanical design: shock resistance to MIL-STD-810E for industrial sites
- Supplied with the R&S RT-ZA24 accessory set (safety crocodile clips, clip-on test heads, test leads) and a protective sleeve
