Product overview
The R&S®RTM3000 series is a general-purpose benchtop digital oscilloscope covering 100 MHz to 1 GHz. Its R&S-designed 10-bit ADC gives four times the vertical resolution of a conventional 8-bit instrument, showing signal detail more clearly. With a 10.1" capacitive touchscreen and up to 400 Msample of deep memory it is used widely in education and research, embedded development, power electronics and protocol debugging.
