Product overview

The R&S®RTB2000 is the entry-level benchtop digital oscilloscope from Rohde & Schwarz, offering 70 to 300 MHz bandwidth, 2 or 4 analog channels, a sample rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s and 10 Msample of memory per channel (20 Msample interleaved). Its custom 10-bit ADC gives four times the vertical resolution of a conventional 8-bit ADC, and with its 10.1" capacitive touchscreen it is widely used for embedded design debugging, in university teaching laboratories and in production and service departments.
