The R&S®Spectrum Rider FPH is a handheld spectrum analyzer engineered in Germany: a small form factor to handle big tasks, with professional measurement performance at an affordable price. It covers 5 kHz to 44 GHz depending on model and reaches a displayed average noise level of –163 dBm with the preamplifier, which suits it to field work of every kind. From 2.5 kg, with a multitouch interface that behaves like a smartphone and a non-reflective screen that stays readable in bright sunlight, it is built to be carried. Battery life runs up to eight hours for a full day's work, and frequency upgrades are activated by keycode with no downtime.
