Overview
Rohde & Schwarz current probes make non-intrusive DC and AC measurements accurately. The range spans currents from 1 mA to 2000 A and bandwidths up to 120 MHz. Rohde & Schwarz also offers Rogowski wideband current probes for power electronics and EMC work: a Rogowski coil combines excellent bandwidth with a flexible coil and low insertion loss, which is what AC and transient current measurement wants. The RT-ZC series comes in two interface flavours: B models use the Rohde & Schwarz probe interface, plugging straight into the oscilloscope with no external supply, while standard models use a BNC connector and take the RT-ZA13 external supply or run on batteries.
