Product overview
The R&S®RTO2000 is the high-end benchtop oscilloscope series from Rohde & Schwarz, covering 600 MHz to 6 GHz and built for multi-domain analysis across the time domain, frequency domain, protocols and logic. It offers an acquisition rate of one million waveforms per second, 8-bit ADC resolution (up to 16-bit in high-definition mode) and excellent signal fidelity. The series was the previous flagship; its successor is the R&S®RTO6.
