Product overview
The R&S®RTE1000 is a mid-range benchtop digital oscilloscope from Rohde & Schwarz covering 200 MHz to 2 GHz, with a 5 GSa/s real-time sample rate, up to 200 Msample of memory, a high-definition (HD) 16-bit mode and an acquisition rate of more than one million waveforms per second. It brings time-domain, frequency-domain, protocol and logic analysis together in one instrument, which made it a popular choice for embedded design, power electronics and general RF debugging. The model is now discontinued; the successor is the R&S®MXO 5.
