Product overview
The R&S®ZNBT is a true multiport VNA: up to 24 fully integrated test ports, every one with a fully phase-coherent receiver. One reflectometer per test port removes the insertion loss an external switch matrix would bring, and that architecture is what gives the instrument its wide dynamic range (up to 140 dB), high output power, low trace noise and excellent raw directivity and load match. All ports of a device are measured simultaneously, which suits both complex characterization of active and passive components and fast production test — a 201-point sweep takes as little as 2.5 ms.
