Product overview
The R&S®FPS is compact and fast for automated tests: a signal and spectrum analyzer for users who want performance without giving up rack space. In production and monitoring systems it occupies just 2 height units, half the rack space of a standard instrument. A fully digital backend gives high measurement accuracy, measurements run up to five times faster than on comparable analyzers, and 160 MHz of analysis bandwidth covers 5G and IEEE 802.11ac WLAN signals. A full set of interfaces makes it straightforward to drop into an automated test environment.
