Product overview
The R&S®UWB HEAD CM-Z310A is a fully integrated frontend extension for testing ultra-wideband (UWB) devices, used together with the R&S®CMP200 radio communication tester. It offers four extra RF paths for each CMP200 port for multiple antenna connections, which raises test efficiency and saves space. Mounted on the rear of an R&S®ATS800R or R&S®CMQ200/500 shielding chamber, its integrated low noise amplifier improves signal quality in over-the-air (OTA) testing considerably. Internal programmable step attenuators extend sensitivity tests down to -110 dBm, for both R&D and production test environments. Up to three UWB heads can be connected to one CMP200, giving 12 RF paths in total.
