Overview
The R&S® RT-ZPR20/40 power rail probes combine high bandwidth, high sensitivity and very low noise with an extra-large offset compensation range, which is what power integrity measurement asks for. The 1:1 attenuation ratio keeps sensitivity high and does not attenuate the signal away. An integrated high-precision DC voltmeter shows the rail's DC level immediately, with no second instrument involved. The ±60 V offset range lets the probe resolve tiny ripple on rails at almost any DC level — DDR memory supply verification, high-speed PCB power integrity analysis and the like.
