Product overview
The R&S®Scope Rider RTH combines laboratory oscilloscope performance with a rugged handheld design. It is certified to CAT IV 600 V and rated IP51, so it stands up to field service and harsh environments. Bandwidth runs from 60 MHz to 500 MHz at a sample rate of up to 5 GS/s, and eight instruments are integrated in one: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, data logger, digital multimeter, spectrum analyzer, harmonic analyzer and frequency counter.
