Product overview
The R&S®RTA4000 is a mid-range benchtop oscilloscope from Rohde & Schwarz with an R&S-designed 10-bit ADC, 100 Mpoint of standard memory (200 Mpoint interleaved) and a 10.1" capacitive touchscreen. Bandwidth runs from 200 MHz to 1 GHz and is software upgradeable. It offers class-leading low noise and signal integrity, and upgrade options including MSO, an AWG and serial protocol decoding, which suits it to embedded system development, power analysis and education and research.
