The R&S®THR9 is the liquid-cooled high-power FM transmitter family from Rohde & Schwarz. It operates in VHF band II (87.5 – 108 MHz), the FM broadcast band, and also supports HD Radio (Generation 4) digital radio. The modular liquid-cooled amplifier architecture sets output power by the number of amplifier modules: one rack scales from a single module (5 kW) to eight modules (40 kW).
