The R&S®TE1 is the liquid-cooled high-power UHF digital TV transmitter series from Rohde & Schwarz, designed for native ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) transmission while remaining compatible with ATSC 1.0 and ISDB-T/ISDB-TB. The architecture is modular: output power follows the number of amplifier modules, a single cabinet reaches 3.6 kW to 24.5 kW, and the system scales to four cabinets for a total of 3.6 kW to 96 kW. Every transmitter has an integrated liquid-cooling pump unit built in, which makes heat removal efficient, the footprint small and energy efficiency excellent.
