Product overview
The R&S®CMQ200 is a compact, fully integrated shielding cube built for 5G FR2 mmWave and UWB RF testing. Its drawer concept supports fully automated handling in a manufacturing environment, and its robust mechanical design withstands millions of test cycles, which keeps high-volume production stable and reliable. The flexible cube design covers smart devices, customer premises equipment (CPE), radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) and prototypes. The cube takes two extension modules: one for 5G and other technologies covering 20 GHz to 77 GHz, and one covering UWB and other technologies from 0.3 GHz to 14 GHz. Integrated feedthrough connectors allow conducted RF signals in, and the status of the device under test (DUT) can be monitored over USB or D-Sub.
