Overview
The R&S®ESMW is the flagship ultra-wideband monitoring receiver from Rohde & Schwarz, built for modern spectrum monitoring. The base unit covers 20 MHz to 6 GHz with 125 MHz real-time bandwidth; options extend it down to 8 kHz (HF) and up to 40 GHz (microwave), and the real-time bandwidth upgrades to 500 MHz (hardware) or 2 GHz (software licence). A panorama scan rate of up to 2.6 THz/s and advanced ADC technology capture a dynamic spectrum in full without losing a single short-lived signal, which suits national frequency regulators, military SIGINT systems and electronic warfare intelligence gathering.
